About the role

Northwind Labs builds planning software that helps logistics teams move goods with fewer surprises. We are 180 people across San Francisco, New York, London, Berlin and Bengaluru, profitable, and growing about 60% a year.

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the planning engine product area: what we build, why, and how we know it worked.

What you will do

Own the roadmap for the planning product area and communicate it clearly
Run discovery with customers and turn insights into well-shaped bets
Write crisp user stories and specs; partner with design and engineering through delivery
Define success metrics and run A/B tests
Align stakeholders across sales, support and leadership

What you bring

5+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS
Proven product strategy and roadmap ownership
Fluent in agile delivery and data-informed decisions (A/B testing, SQL a plus)
Excellent written communication

Nice to have

Logistics, supply chain or marketplace experience
Pricing strategy and packaging
OKRs at scale
