Northwind Labs builds planning software that helps logistics teams move goods with fewer surprises. We are 180 people across San Francisco, New York, London, Berlin and Bengaluru, profitable, and growing about 60% a year.
We are growing our design team in Europe. As a Product Designer you will own problems end to end: research, flows, high-fidelity design, and working with engineers until it ships.
What you will do
- Lead discovery with planners and dispatchers, then translate it into flows and prototypes
- Design interfaces in Figma and evolve our design system
- Run usability sessions and fold findings back into the roadmap
- Collaborate daily with product managers and engineers
- Present your work and give thoughtful critique
What you bring
- 4+ years designing digital products
- A portfolio that shows process as well as polish
- Expert Figma, prototyping and UX design skills
- Experience with design systems and user research
Nice to have
- Interaction design for data-dense tools
- Motion design, accessibility
- Comfort reading front-end code
